URGENT - Bingo workers needed for Sunday July 1, 2018!!
Hello All SGRA Families,
Bingo workers are URGENTLY needed for the Bingo scheduled Sunday, July 1 from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. We need 5 more people.
The deadline for signing up for your mandatory shift will be November 1, 2018. If you have not signed up by November 1, 2018 you will be charged $200.
Please CLICK HERE to sign up (online submissions will only be accepted); This bingo is now open to all SGRA individuals in order to complete their mandatory requirements for the new season ahead, 2018-2019.
Please note the following information below with regards to SGRA Volunteer requirements...
If you sign up and send someone else you MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at bingo@sprucegroveringette.com. We assign positions according to what you have signed up for; therefore by not letting us know you are sending a different person, it can hinder our placement of workers.
At this time, Each SGRA family is required to work 1 Bingo per family.
If you have not committed to your required shifts by DECEMBER 1st of the current playing season (by signing up with the online Bingo system) your cheque will be cashed or your credit card charged (amount $200.00 per bingo shift). We need commitment of workers for all dates, and thus SGRA will cash your deposit (cheque or credit card) in order to book and pay a substitute worker.
PLEASE NOTE: 18+ Division players are exempt from bingo requirements; SGRA Executive are exempt from bingo requirements; Head Coaches are exempt from bingo requirements.
