Hi Everyone,
Coach Sandy has secured some hotel rooms in Airdrie for the tournament! The room block is being held at:

Each family needs to call and book a room with a credit card by OCTOBER 13th after this date they will not guarantee availability or the price (see below).
There are rooms in the block with 2 king beds and rooms with 2 queen beds. First come first serve on which type of room you get. The room rate is $119.99 plus tax/night.
The rooms are booked for 3 nights just in case we have an early game Friday. Rooms must be cancelled minimum 24 hrs in advance to avoid being charged for the night.
We have been given a conference room for the weekend to meet in, eat in and socialize in.
The coaches would like the team to be eating well and be together as a team for the weekend. An email will be coming out closer to the tournament with food details and food sign up. Breakfast will be included in the food plan because the hotel does not offer a continental breakfast.
There is a pool with a waterslide so make sure to pack bathing suits!!!
