Well, lets try this again!
Welcome to the 2017-18 ringette season! My name is Melissa Nolen and I have the pleasure of being your daughters head coach this season. We have a lot to do over the next little bit so lets get started. We have our first team practice this Thursday at 7:30 at the TLC. Once we have our weekend schedule I would like to have a small BBQ for the team so that the parents and the players can start getting to know one another and I have some fun stuff for the girls to do together. This is a very important part for me because it sets the tone for the season. I would like to have a parent meeting before the practice this Thurs at 6:30 in the Shotz lounge. I need at least 1 parent for each player (both are welcome) to attend. Please start hinking about what you would like to volunteer for. The jobs that need filling are:
Manager (someone organized because I cant do this without you!)
Treasurer
Timekeeper Scheduler
Tournament Coordinator
Sweetheart Rep #1
Sweetheart Rep #2
Social Coordinator #1
Social Coordinator #2
Fundraising #1
Fundraising #2
The positions are given to the first person to volunteer so if you miss the parent meeting you wull be given whatever jobs are left. I am looking forward to another great year and getting to know each and everyone of you! See you Thurs!
