ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2nd NOTICE
The SGRA Board hopes all members are safe and following the current social distancing protocols advised by
Alberta Health Services (AHS) and self-isolating when required.
WHEN: Thursday, June 11, 2020
TIME: 7:00pm
WHERE: Cisco Webex Virtual Meeting (Pre-registration required)
PRE-REGISTRATION required for the 2020 AGM.
Please email registrar@sprucegroveringette.com to register before midnight on June 4th, 2020.
A list of attendees will be compiled and login information distributed 24 hours prior together with Nominee Summaries for Board Positions.

If you are interested in any of the positions above, please feel free to contact the current Directors in those positions for more information on what the position entails.
Nominations will be accepted up to and including June 1st, 2020. To nominate either yourself or another Member for one of the Director positions up for
election please submit a Nomination via email to nominations@sprucegroveringette.com
Nominations must include the following information:
Written consent of the nominee by signed or electronic signature;
Name of member submitting nomination;
Name of person being nominated, and Board position being nominated for; and
Brief summary of interested nominee.
Anonymous nominations, incomplete nominations and/or nominations submitted after June 1st, 2020 will not be accepted.
A call for Coordinator positions will be sent out after the AGM.
Coordinator positions may be applied for at that time and appointed by the new SGRA Board of Directors.
