2018/2019 Season

 

Another year of ringette is upon us! And with that, another year of FUNDRAISING!!!

 

My name is Michelle Viney and I again, am the Fundraising Director for Spruce Grove Ringette Assocation.

I will be organizing the receiving of order forms & payments the same as last year.

 

 

Wilhauk Beef Jerky Fundraiser!!

 

·         If each team Fundraising Coordinator could bring in the teams entire stack of individual fundraising forms, as soon as they are all collected, then we will immediately start working on their order.  Friday December 14 2018 is the latest that we will be accepting fundraising forms.

 

·         When the forms are brought into Wilhauk Beef Jerky Ltd. we will need a name, email address, and a contact number for the fundraising coordinator. We will also book the teams order pick up date at this point.  We typically need 1 week to turn around the orders but we will work with the teams practice schedule so that pick up can be coordinated and timed with that for easy distribution.

 

·         After the order forms have been dropped off at the shop, we will enter them all into a master spreadsheet which will then be e-mailed to the fundraising coordinator.  This spreadsheet will show each players amounts and credits.  It will also show how the team did as a whole group.

 

·         At pick up time, a team cheque can be brought in to cover what is due to WILHAUK04 INC, all credit amounts will remain in the teams account.  All other forms of payment  are also accepted.

·         The orders will be packed and tagged per player so that no sorting is required.  You will pick up the whole order at the shop, drive to the rink and pass it all out in the parking lot!!

 

FUNDRAISERS FOR THIS YEAR-

 

KERNELS POPCORN. CAMPAIGN WILL RUN JAN.7 - JAN.21

MIXING SPOON. CAMPAIGN WILL RUN JAN. 22 - FEB.1

 

MANAGERS - PLEASE HAVE YOUR FUNDRAISING CO-ORDINATOR EMAIL ME THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBERS. I WILL BE SENDING OUT FORMS FOR EACH CAMPAIGN APPROX. 1 WEEK BEFORE THEY WILL BEGIN.

MANAGERS/ FUNDRAISING CO-ORDINATORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDING OUT AND COLLECTING FORMS BEFORE THE DEADLINE DATE. EACH TEAM WILL SUBMIT 1 CHEQUE EACH, TO THE APPROPRIATE BUSINESS AND EACH TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLOCATING PROFITS FOR EACH PLAYER, AND HOLDING THOSE PROFITS/CREDITS IN THEIR TEAM'S ACCOUNT UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY FORMS OR PAYMENT PAST THE DEADLINE DATE THIS YEAR. I ALSO WILL NOT ACCEPT PICTURES OF FORMS TEXTED TO ME, AS THEY ARE VERY UNCLEAR/IMPOSSIBLE TO READ. ALL FORMS MUST BE HAND DELIVERED TO MYSELF OR EMAILED TO : FUNDRAISING@SPRUCEGROVERINGETTE.COM
