I have 4 fundraising options this year, KERNELS POPCORN, STEEPED TEA, WILHAUK JERKY & BBQ TO GO, SUGAR LEAF CUPCAKES.
Thank you everyone for your hard work selling the Steeped Tea. It was a new campaign but I think it sold fairly well.
Wilhauk Meats is now underway and everyone should have a form. If not, please email me. Some teams have been selling this one for a few weeks already. If any teams are now done with their forms, feel free to hand them in early. Because these orders are going to equal a substantial amount, I'm just going to have each team write one cheque payable to Wilhauk04 Inc. Please provide me all of your sheets and payment by Nov. 30
Then as follows:
STEEPED TEA - START DATE OF OCT. 16, DEADLINE OF OCT. 30, PICKUP APPROX. 2 weeks after
WILHAUK JERKY & BBQ TO GO - START DATE OF NOV.6, DEADLINE OF NOV. 30, PICKUP APPROX. DEC.15-16
SUGAR LEAF CUPCAKES - START DATE OF JAN. 10, DEADLINE OF JAN.26, PICKUP APPROX. FEB.10-11
all money collected will be given to your team's treasurer who will deposit the money into your team's account. From there, you will issue SGRA a cheque of the total amount owing to the fundraising company that your team has raised. You can arrange to meet me (usually always at the rink) to deliver me your cheque, and I will bring it to SGRA.
SGRA will then issue one cheque for the total amount of all teams to that company.
It will be the fundraising co-ordinator's job to handle the amount of profits for each player, which is held in your team's account until the end of the year.
