Hinton Tournament Schedule
Hi Everyone,
I received our Hinton tournament schedule today. We are scheduled to play our first game on Saturday November 19th @ 11am. Our second game is Sunday November 20th @ 9:15am and our third and last game is Sunday November 20th @ 11:45am. Please make sure to book or change your reservation before November 10th. Hinton Holiday Inn 780-865-3321. Our block code is 171793 (spruce Grove Ice Queens).

Team member attendance at each Sweetheart Tournament Meeting is mandatory and if myself or Krystina cannot make it, we will need another parent to step up. The next date will be Dec 5 or 6, TBD. The league takes this quite seriously; they have decided that loss of ice time will be implemented for any team that does not actively participate.
Each team is required to submit a raffle basket. It's value must be the total of $15/per player, and this amount is taken from our seed money.

Team registration for the tournament to date is 74 applications, we are a little more than half way to the total from last year. Thus far they have 14 Step 1 applications, and 16 Step 2 applications. Each of these levels has been slotted for only 6-8 teams, but that may increase now that the playdowns have potentially affected registration of older teams.
